Soxhlet Extraction

Soxhlet extraction for the determination of crosslinking degrees in solid samples
© Fraunhofer CSP
Soxhlet extraction allows to determine the degrees of crosslinking of solid samples (e.g. EVA).
  • Continuous extraction of soluble components of a solid sample (e.g. EVA)
  • Determination of the degree of crosslinking

Swelling Test

The method allows the determination of important structural parameters::

  • Crosslink density
  • Degree of crosslinking (like Soxhlet extraction)

Karl Fischer Titration

Karl Fischer titration quantitatively determines the water content in solids and liquids.
  • quantitative determination of water content in solids and liquids, T: 30°C - 300°C, autosampler (14 samples)
